Novel Newcomers started with…
The idea of debut authors being featured across the blogosphere, but with book bloggers instead. But there were so many features already focusing on debut authors at the time, why not focus on newer bloggers in the bookish community as well?
In 2016, Nori from ReadWriteLove28 and I joined forces to feature some of the newest additions in the book blogging world. In 2017, I started it… but I dropped off the face of the planet due to other commitments and put the feature on a hiatus for 2018. (I still feel really bad for that, by the way. I need help.)
But I knew full well I didn’t want to discontinue this feature indefinitely. That being said…
Novel Newcomers is returning in 2019, featuring bloggers who started in 2017 AND 2018.
Oh, and Clo’s soul continues to be stolen because she is joining me as a co-host! *cue cheers* We think it’s only fair to feature both years since I took a hiatus for the feature.
Are you ready? Because WE want to feature YOU, 2017 and 2018 book bloggers.
Yes, you. Awesome you who took the step to join the bookish community, whether you’re already in it through another platform or just joined. Awesome you who want to discover other bloggers who started around the same time as you. Or if you have been around for a while, awesome you who want to discover new content to read.
Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty details.
- a blogger who started in 2017 OR 2018
- a blogger who primarily blogs about books
If you fit the above, we’d love to feature you! Please note that we (Sophia and Clo) reserve the right to remove a participant without notice if we have a valid reason to do so.
I’m interested! But I have questions.
We answer some of the most frequently asked questions in a wonderful Google Doc. And if we don’t answer all of your questions, feel free to reach out to us!
