Weekly Wrap-Up: Countdown to Summer!

Posted April 15, 2018 by Lupe and Sophia

Happy Sunday!

Hope you’re not procrastinating on taxes because aren’t they due today or tomorrow? (The one thing Sophia did NOT procrastinate on, ha…)

The Reading Life

I’m still trekking through Fire and Bone, which is due to be reviewed sometime soon. And I should really get started with The Way You Make Me Feel for the blog tour…

I should REALLY get started on reading book 6 of the Harry Potter series…….

  • I pre-ordered movie tickets to see the Avengers: Infinity War! I’m really pumped!
  • I’m BEYOND stressed about how I’m going to be able to transfer to a different college this upcoming school year AND change my major and hope that it will be worth it. I’m a REAL big mess at the moment.

Let’s chat, bookwyrms! How was your week? Less stressful? Equally stressful? More stressful? Any good books read?

Co-blogger at Bookwyrming Thoughts

Lupe is a 23-year-old Mexican-American who enjoys reading and watching movies when she gets the chance to relax. Her all-time favorite series consists of Bloodlines and Vampire Academy (among others), and her favorite author is Richelle Mead.

Sophia started blogging in February 2012 for the hell of it and is surprisingly still around. She has a GIF for nearly everything, probably listens to too much K-Pop and is generally in an existential crisis of sorts (she's trying her best). In 2020, she graduated with a Bachelor's in Communications and minor in Women's Studies. More of her bookish reviews and K-pop Roundups can be found at The Arts STL.

  1. Well at least no bunnies were hurt. And yay for Infinity War tickets. Although the closer it gets the more fearful I become… good luck with all the college stuff too.

Hope you both have a super week!

  2. Must read Fire and Bone… I’m in need of a new UF series or two. 🙂
I must also book tickets for Infinity War. I’ve been given orders that it needs to be ‘good seats’ and in ‘the good cinema’, lol. Let no one say that my boys don’t know what they want. *eyeroll*
    Have a good week!
