Hi, I’m Hannah!

I’m currently a Library Associate in the St. Louis area with a background in Communications, Gender Studies, and customer service. I’m not currently seeking a full-time position, but I’m open to networking as the future is ever-changing!

Below are some pieces showcasing my work. If you’re interested in learning more about my background, let’s talk!

Bookwyrming Thoughts

Bookwyrming Thoughts was born in November 2012 as a creative outlet for book-related content. Since then, it’s become an outlet for other forms of entertainment and topics of interest, specifically those pertaining to Asian representation.

I also aspire to make discussing blogging stats more transparent, so I’ve been sharing an annual report since 2022.

Elsewhere on the Web

Outside of Bookwyrming Thoughts, I occasionally contribute to The Arts STL with book reviews and yearly round-ups. I also interned at Video Squirrel (formerly Zipline Live) as a content writer in the Summer of 2019.

Other Projects

While working towards my degree in Communications from 2016 to 2020, I’ve worked on various projects in my courses. All of them were explicitly used for educational purposes, so they don’t represent the brand or the organization.

I know Marketing is a rapidly changing field, so these works are relatively outdated. However, I hope this gives some background and variety outside of blog posts, which make up most of my recent works!

St. Louis County Library

In my current role as a library associate at the St. Louis County Library, I’ve had many opportunities to curate, plan and design public displays for the community (some of which have been featured on social media). This section is currently a work in progress, but will feature some of those displays!
